We had the most amazing couples massage at the spa at Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa and it exceeded every expectation. My massage was with Maya, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She asked thoughtful questions about my target areas and actually listened. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. My husband had Leslie, and he said she did an incredible job as well. He recently tore his shoulder, and she was very mindful, working around the injury while still giving him real relief. The entire spa experience was top-tier — from the steam room and whirlpool to the food and beverages. Everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and well thought out. On top of that, all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We left feeling renewed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

4/5 stars! My 50 minute relaxation massage with Darius was wonderful. The room and table were very comfortable. My only complaints: the whirlpool is not very warm. I was hoping to spend more time relaxing in it but it was room temperature which is a bit chilly in December. I also wish there was a little bit more privacy between the bathrooms and where people are walking around and entering. It is a very open concept with not much privacy! The front desk woman was not very kind. The mimosa was yummy, attendants were very kind, and the massage was great!

I truly enjoyed everything. My wife truly had an experience that words are not able to express. I want to thank a few people and give them the upmost gratitude and thanks for all they did. Mrs. Jenita, she help me with all the fine deals that was going wrong on Saturday morning. She handle it clam and took charge and said I will get it taken care of. I had order strawberries for my wife. They didn't come like I was told. This wonderful lady took a few minutes out of her day and hand delivered the strawberries to my wife. Mrs. Jenita made sure my with was comfortable and relax and all her needs was taken care of. Thank you Mrs Shandi , she work with me through the beginning to the end. She seen and understand the mission at hand. She made sure that I had received the right packages that I need to make this a wonderful experience. I know she got tried of me and not once did she complain or fuess. She always smile and ssid its ok. She will be taken care of. Also, Mrs Shandi made sure the order of strawberries was order and everyone that need to know was involved. Thank you. Ms Jamia, customer service was out this world. She always had a sniper on her face talk with respect. Of she didn't know the answer to a question she got the answer for me. She help me take care of my bill and explain it to me line by line for Friday and Saturday. I later learn that she is fairly new. The way this young lady carried herself like she have worked there sense the Spa been open. She was clam and relax . She handle everything with gentle care. Ms. Shavone, assured me that my wife was taken care of and end good hands. She complimented my wife and went well beyond the call of duty. She made sure she was relax and gave her what she needed
