I had the honor of being tattooed by Edward, and I truly cannot put into words how meaningful this experience was for me. This was not only my first tattoo, but one that carries a very special meaning. My sweet 6 year-old son passed away last May, due to severe abuse from his biological parents as an infant. Before my appointment, I sent Edward the news story that highlighted my son’s life and explained that I wanted something absolutely perfect to honor him. I shared a few ideas and trusted Edward to create something beautiful and that is exactly what he did. The day of my appointment, I was overwhelmed with nerves and anxiety. Missing my son is already unbearable, and getting a tattoo to remember him because he is no longer here felt almost too much to handle. When I walked into the shop and saw what Edward had created, I wanted to cry. It was beautiful and deeply meaningful. He was patient and kind as I worked through a small change, and throughout the tattoo he talked with me about my son. I could tell he genuinely cared, and that touched my heart more than he will ever know. There were many tears once I got to my car, but they were filled with gratitude. I am so thankful I chose Edward to create something so special. I have received countless compliments on the tattoo, and I often catch myself staring at it; it’s beautiful! Thank you again to Edward and Spa City Ink for providing such a compassionate, unforgettable experience during one of the darkest seasons of my life.
