Annette is amazing. She has done my hair for the last 17 years and I have never been disappointed. Her prices are great and every time I leave my hair looks great. While we were visiting Riverbend, we really wanted a spa experience! We tried Spa Escape, and we were not let down. My husband had a massage while I got a facial. Annette, who did my facial, was very nice and enthusiastic. The facial was amazing and my skin felt and looked great afterwards. She did not try to sell me any product which is really important to me! My husband really enjoyed his massage as well. I would definitely go back the next time we're visiting the Hot Springs!!

Our town is pretty small so I’m very grateful to have such a nice salon that offers so many services. Annette and her staff are always pleasant and professional. My hair is difficult but Annette always does awesome color for me. I love this place! PS - Her massage therapists are all very good.
