I have been to a couple of Spa Trouvé’s in the valley and this is my favorite location. Recently renovated, the atmosphere is very inviting, modernized and comfortable. The staff is amazing too…2 people that really stick out to me was the manager, Lexi, and front desk receptionist, Brooke, who both greeted me upon entering and were both super friendly and enthusiastic with helping me and the information they provided me. I had laser hair removal treatment on my full legs and Brazilian. The aesthetician was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, an amazing experience with a company who puts an emphasis on customer experience and satisfaction.

I’ve been going to Whitney for years and I truly wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy or salesy, and always recommends exactly what my skin needs — nothing more, nothing less. Thanks to her, my skin is the best it’s ever been. On top of that, she’s an absolute joy to be around, which makes every appointment something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend!

Halle does my laser hair and she does SUCH a good job. Whenever I voice a concern she’s always quick to tackle the issue! Also super thorough but quick. She’s also super fun to talk to :) For my first few treatments, I went to a different Spa Trouvé location and had work done by a few different girls, but Halle is by far my favorite! The best to talk to and also does the best work (in my opinion). The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet and welcoming as well. I always feel good going.

I’ve been doing laser treatments for about 8 months at Spa Trouve in Orem and the results have been amazing. My girl Halle is the sweetest💖! She always checks if the heat is tolerable and makes sure I’m comfortable during every session, and she’s incredibly patient—even when I’m running late. I also went in for a Valentine’s Day facial with her and loved it. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — my face is glowing! She made me a list on what products I have and how I should be using them on my day/night skincare routine and it’s been working perfectly so far. I highly recommend her 🙏🏻.

Alex in Orem is incredible! She’s knowledgeable and proactive with my skincare, and I trust her completely. She’s honest about what my skin actually needs and isn’t afraid to make clear recommendations for treatments and products that'll give me visible results. I look to her as an advisor and partner, and my skin has genuinely improved. I’ve done everything: dermaplaning, hydrafacials, chemical peels, BBL, DiamondGlow and laser hair removal. I’ve been so happy with the outcomes and can't recommend enough! I also love the monthly membership because it makes consistent, ongoing care easy. If you’re looking for an aesthetician who is highly skilled, results-driven, and genuinely invested in your skin long-term, Alex is it. (Bonus: she's also a lot of fun!)
