I received a gift card for Christmas and was honestly hesitant to use it given a poor experience I had here in the past. However, I am so glad I gave them another chance! The improvements were immediately noticeable. The atmosphere has been significantly upgraded: the distracting food smells are gone, replaced by soothing white noise and relaxation music. The lighting is also much better—while still a bit bright in the waiting area, the treatment rooms are now much dimmer and more conducive to relaxing than before. A huge shoutout to Sarah E., who was fantastic. She really listened to my concerns and focused on the specific areas that were bothering me. My girlfriends and I booked a mini spa day and each had a massage and mini facial. Shannon did such a wonderful job with my facial and really made me feel good in the skin I’m in. That girl really knows how to hype a gal up! I so enjoyed my time with her. Sarah did my massage and when I tell you her hands are magical, I mean it!! She managed to find every part of me that was tense and make me so relaxed I needed a hot second to recuperate. Thank you, Spaah, for making our girls day a great day. We’ll be back!
