Treated myself to my first spa day ever and it was amazing! Front desk gals Maya and Natalie were so welcoming and helpful. You MUST get a massage with Sheri - she has lovely energy, a very comforting laugh, and strong hands. Trent wrapped me up like a big old moisturized burrito and I loved every second of it. And my facial with Thea - Fantastic! She has such warm energy and gave me some great skincare tips. I will be back!

Most luxurious spa day of my life. The check in experience was truly joyful, Natalie and Maya were so helpful and explained all steps of the process. Jared, my massage therapist, was able to get the krick out of my back that has been plaguing me for weeks. The massage experience was relaxing, but you've never experienced relaxation if you haven't enjoyed a wrap by Jared. The wrap was something I wish I could get done every day, especially with the amazing scalp massage. Imane was so calming and my facial was out of this world. Truly an amazing way to spend a birthday!

Can’t even leave the parking garage without writing a review. This was my first ever massage and when I called to schedule the services I explained that it was my first and I was nervously excited. The manager who also happened to be named Amber, assured me that she would not hire anyone that she herself would not get on the table for. It was a light conversation and even joked about middle names, not often meeting another Amber. Instant relief! I came in this afternoon and Amber was at the desk and when I checked in with another woman, Amber remembered me and even our conversation about middle names! Porsha was so sweet and explained and recommended stretching and a lot of things to me and we had some small talk. The only reason it was small talk and not a full conversation was because the massage that Porsha provided shut me right up. I usually never stop talking but I could barely say a word! She often made sure the pressure was right and the temp of the lotions and oils and salt stones, everything was so perfect! I felt totally relaxed and confident by the time I was done. Although I have no prior experience of massages, Spavia is #1 on my recommendation list. The atmosphere, lighting, music, and even scents were all so relaxing and calming. The small waiting area had cold and hot water with tea bags and honey. Coloring books, a zen garden and a beautiful notebook that other clients have written inspirational quotes and positive messages in. I was so pleased by my experience here!
