This was my second time coming here for a facial. I came through ClassPass to check it out since it had been a while and I will DEFINITELY be making this a regular appointment. I was so relaxed from start to finish. The front desk lady was very welcoming and warm. Amy, who did my facial, is a rockstar!! She tailored the facial specifically to my needs and asked me a lot of questions about my skin, concerns and skincare routine. She made me feel so comfortable and made me feel confident and helped address my concerns. I will be coming back to Spavia and will be booking with Amy again!

To celebrate hubby’s birthday, I booked a couple’s massage. This was our first time visiting Spavia. We were really impressed with the whole setup. Customer service is exceptional. Upon arrival we filled in the intake form which not only asked about health, but also personal preferences like music and preferred pressure etc so that the masseuse has all the info beforehand. The bathroom was well stocked also with items that are a nice touch like a disposable comb for instance, should you forget to bring one. The chilling lounge for before and after is nice, just the right amount of low lighting and a good selection of teas. The seats were comfortable, and they even have warming neck pillows. Angie did my massage. She was really fantastic overall; applied the right amount of pressure without me needing to tell her, and she did some really great arm and shoulder stretches which felt wonderful afterwards. She even explained why it’s so important to hydrate afterwards, rather than just telling me to drink water after. 10/10! I found Spavia through the Readers Choice awards. They really did live up to our expectations, we can see why they’re voted Katy’s best spa!

I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapist Angela K for my favorite services, a Salt-stone massage with cbd oil and with my cosmetologist Anila for a facial with my favorite “comfort zone” and my favorite buttered rum foot scrub!! I came early and was able to relax before my treatments and I was able to relax after with a warm neck pillow and charcuterie lunch. The front desk, Jaylen and Kaitlyn made making an appointment easy and provided excellent customer service. I also purchased the CBD pain cream again as mine is running low and it really helps! Together with Spavia’s relaxing ambience I was able to take a much needed Spa Day to relax from hours of working on the computer.. it was the perfect combination of services and specialists that made my day! Thank you! 💕💕

I booked my 17 year old son his first facial, you know that teen skin that sometimes needs a little help.. His facial was with Amina and he loved the experience! He was really excited about how great his skin felt after and can’t wait to go again. I’m looking forward to trying a massage there. Place is small, but comfy, cozy and has the nicest staff! Would recommend and will return.

Two weeks ago, I had a facial with Imani and it was an amazing experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about my skin and tailored the facial perfectly to its needs. My skin was glowing afterward, and her product recommendations were wonderful. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. The entire staff is very friendlyn
