Great massage. Did the 60 mins with a foot add-on. Clean, refreshing and relaxing environment. Friendly staff. It is in the mall area so lots of parking including a few that are designated for the spa.

This was my first time at Spavia and I had a great experience from start to finish. I was welcomed right away, and my Premier Salt Stone massage with Stephen was exactly what I needed. It honestly made me realize I need to prioritize self-care more, so I signed up for a membership. Stephen was kind, professional, and gave helpful recommendations for future visits. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Spavia team!

I had an excellent experience during my deep tissue massage with Ace. He gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect, the environment was calming, and I felt incredible afterward. I’ll definitely be booking again! Shout out to Christina at reception as well who patiently walked me through membership options and which was best for me, awesome team altogether!!

I had an amazing facial with Susan at Spavia, and I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter afterward. Susan’s touch is so gentle and professional, you can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients’ results. The whole experience felt personalized, not rushed at all. If you’re thinking about booking a facial at Spavia, ask for Susan. It was exactly the self-care moment I needed, and I’ll definitely be coming back! ✨

My first visit to the Natick Mall location set a high bar. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the men’s locker and restroom area, everything felt intentional and calming. The robes were plush and substantial, and the entire experience had a quietly pampering quality without feeling overdone. I had a skin treatment with Elisa, and she was outstanding. She explained each step clearly before we started, which immediately put me at ease, and her calm, attentive presence carried through the entire session. The treatment was exactly what I needed. The service menu online is clear and accurate, so there were no surprises. Pricing is especially impressive, very competitive for the MetroWest area, to the point where it almost feels like a steal. Highly recommend. I’ll absolutely be back.
