My daughter set up a deep tissue massage session for me and it was much better than I expected. Lauren gave me a tour of the Spa facility so I knew what to expect. She did an awesome job on my massage, really focusing on certain pain points. I feel great, very relaxed and stress free. I can’t wait to go back.

March 1st -2026 was my first time at the spa. I was so mad about getting an appointment, I had to wait about month and 1/2 to get two services on the same day. ( Deep Tissue Massage & Basic Facial ). Finally the day arrived, the lady at front desk was very nice and get me into the spa quickly. -The ambiance was amazing ( Quiet and pleasant music) -Place was clean and beautiful. -Robes, Neck pillow and Tea were an amazing touch. I didn’t had to wait too long in a room , where they had books and a perfect ambiance. I had my Deep Tissue Massage with Lina. She did an amazing Job. ( She help me with my Knots) She also at the end explained to me what stretches to do so It helps. ( She is an amazing Massage Therapist, she cared and asked frequently about the pressure) was a pleasure to have her 💕 Definitely coming back to her! Basic Facial was done by Kayleen, she did an amazing job as well, She has a very soft and glente hands. At this point I was so relaxed and she pampered me so well too. Glad that I was able to get both services on a Sunday afternoon! The time and money was totally worth it!!!! If you are looking for a spa, definitely give the chance to Spavia!

I scheduled an appointment for a full body massage at Spavia in Sparta. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted and offered a tour of the spa areas and services. The establishment was very pleasant, and as this was my first visit, I felt quite at ease. I was then provided with a robe and slippers to change into, and I secured my personal belongings in a locker with a personalized password. Judith, the therapist I was scheduled with, was truly excellent. We began with a consultation where I discussed my areas of concern. She was wonderful, addressing the expressed areas with remarkable skill. I felt fantastic afterward, like a completely new person. I will certainly be returning. I would rate this establishment with ten stars.
