I’ll give a 4. I have taken my nephew there 3 times and 2 of the 3 times Anne cut his hair and did AMAZING! Did just what we asked. The other time was not Anne and it was rushed and looked pathetic 🤦🏼‍♀️ it was close to closing time, but still! I will request Anne every time we go 😊
