The customer service is exceptional! I go the Mechanicsville, VA store on Bell Creek Rd and have to stylists that are always taking care of me and my fiance. Kim and Brandon always make you feel like they care about how they send you out into the world looking. They always ask all throughout the experience if we are happy with how things are going, and they are some of the best stylists I have ever had and I have had a few. They take their time with out taking to much time if that makes since. They really go above and beyond to take care of you and your hair. Their Passion for what they do truly shines bright. I appreciate them, I have been going to them for about a year and a half and only go when I know they are there! They have at least 2 customers for as long as they are there that's for sure! Thank you Brandon and Kim for always making us feel like we are right where we are supposed to be and keeping me lookin fresh!
