My son had his haircut today with Silene, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. She took her time to make sure every detail of his haircut looked perfect, and her sweet, friendly personality made the whole experience even better. There was a coupon to upgrade to the MVP, and my son was over the moon with the “Hollywood treatment.” He loved the grape-scented shampoo, the relaxing scalp massage, the warm towel, and the shoulder massage. Silene even offered us beverages, and my son was thrilled to enjoy a Coca-Cola during his visit. Before we left, she let him pick out a sucker, which made his day. Silene managed to be both incredibly professional and wonderfully warm. She made my son feel comfortable, special, and truly like royalty. His hair looks fantastic, and I’m so happy she was the one available to take care of him today. We will definitely be returning to see her again!
