I like it all! The haircuts are great and having loose hair washed out afterwards is a game changer. No itchy hair that will drive you crazy all day. The brand of hair products has been very good as well. The biggest positive for me is the staff. I go to Alyssa as a regular and it’s a great experience everytime and I always leave there feeling better than I went in and with a great haircut. Very upbeat and positive experience everytime

I have to tell you, if I could find a place to take away a star, I would. App was very accurate for wait time. The place was clean and enjoyable to be in. The staff was friendly, skilled and asked for feedback during the process. Even gave me a 20% discount on products used. Will definitely be going back. It was also my sons first haircut in a place like this and he loved the experience and the cut!
