It comes down to the people and consistency. I make a point to only go to the same person and if she left, so would I. I see too many people in and out of that business and it seems like a nice, clean environment. My opinion would be to incent the people to want to stay after you go through the effort to teach them. It must be wearing to train someone and have them leave a few months later. Not fair to the folks putting the effort into the new employees, and the paperwork! HR must be used to it or you have it streamlined.

Ruby is the best! When you walk in they already know how to cut your hair because everything is saved. It’s great because usually I don’t remember what we did last time🙃. MVP after the cut with a cold towel is the best summer treat ever! Between the cold towel and the head massage, which is amazing, I’m usually about to fall asleep. Back to the chair for a few minutes of neck and shoulder massage, can’t believe you don’t need a prescription for this treatment! Best 30 minutes or so that you’ll spend in a month.
