All day I was trying to make an appointment. This place is awesome! Went in there no appointment with 3 boys. We were in and out all 3 within 30 min. Price was 15 for each and the ladies there are so kind. One of my boys has autism and she worked so well with him. Will definitely go there again.

We love going to sports clips although this last visit was not the same enjoyable experience as usual. The young women who cut my sons hair afterwards took him to the back for a shampoo that was not previously discussed with me. When she brought him out dripping wet with a towel I asked what was going on and she informed me of the shampoo service. I asked if that was complimentary or an extra charge and she said it is a charge. I then asked why she did that without asking me first and her response was that my son wanted it so I then turned to my 13 year old sone and told him next time just get a haircut not a shampoo, when this barber girl then interrupted me talking to my son and she said to me “ I won’t charge you for it CHILL OUT” (in a very rude aggressive tone) I was too stunned to speak I just looked at her while she walked away and left the older women to check me out. I left her a $10 tip and then walked over to her to apologize for anything I may have done to upset her. (She was pregnant so I took sympathy on her behavior) I started to say I’m sorry it wasn’t your fault when she interrupted me tossing her hands up saying something about I need to leave it’s done with something I could understand as she was talking fast and upset. I just asked her to be more respectful to her clients and walked out. I feel sorry for her that she seems to think this is acceptable behavior and obviously needs to be addressed. I wish I got her name but all I know is she’s a small white girl with bling hair maybe 7-9 months pregnant. At the soncy location in Amarillo TX
