I had been going to the same nail tech at another salon for 10 years, and she is the best at nails, HOWEVER, she is awful with customer service (setting appts and then changing your time/making you wait 30 minutes while to takes a walk-in, hurting me when she does my nails because she rushes so what was 1 hour of peace initially is now 30 minutes of speed, unclean space like reusing files on multiple clients). SO, I decided after 10 years of being fed up, I'd try Spring Nails after reading positive reviews on NextDoor app and Yelp, I chose Jannie, who was mentioned in several reviews. She was available when I walked in and did a beautiful job- peaceful pace, beautiful nails, good conversation. Only a few observations- the women to my right and left got a hand massage with their nail service, but I did not. When I happened to see the woman to my right at the grocery store following our visit, she said she told her tech she wants a massage included, and she leaves a big tip. I think it should be fair and all manicures, especially those that are sculpted nails like mine, should include at least a hand massage, or in this other woman's case, an arm and back massage. I give Jannie a 4*, only because I'm interested to see how long my nails last. With my former tech, it had been 9&1/2 weeks, and the nails had not lifted, although they had grown out a bit. I was waiting because I was so nervous about trying a new salon. I was pleased with everything about Spring Nails- clean, bright, pretty, comfortable, and busy. Sometimes I was the only one in the other salon and the techs would nap in the pedicure chairs.

1/18/2026- I still am incredibly pleased with this salon, both for myself and my young daughter. Nancy and Sandy are my go-to gals and Cathy works magic with my 7-year-old. Love these sweet ladies and their incredible work! 1/21/25 Edited to say Thank you again Nancy! Your work is incredible! Edited to add additional images and mention my young daughter had the best time today for her manicure and pedicure :) Thank you Cathy for your beautiful and creative work-she left feeling like a princess! All of the nail techs are so kind and talented! Nancy did my NYE black/sparkle and did such a great job! Also, my cropped, brittle nails have gone away. They are looking so much better and posh now that I’ve made Spring Nails my bi-weekly go to!! -In the fall nail pics I have tips on, the past two manis I have used dip on my natural nails and they have more length than ever before! Old review: Love this place, especially that I can book online. Lily is such a talented artist and very detailed in her work. She was able to create just what I asked for! The last image is what I asked Lily to create.

I am so happy that I found this shop. The nail tech I had been seeing recently had some health issues pop up and she isn’t working now, so I had to find someone new to see. This shop had a lot of positive reviews and I’m happy I chose them. I was with Mimi today for a fill and redid one broken nail, and Lynn helped with the cat eye design I requested. They are both the sweetest and did an amazing job. I also loved the convenience of being able to book my appt online through their website. I’ll definitely be returning!
