Gone for 2 microneedling sessions now and it was such a surprisingly enjoyable experience because of Gretchen! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and has perfected her craft, she is so easy to talk to and just knows exactly what your skin needs. I have a peel already booked in about a month and I am so excited to see how much my skin improves this year because of Gretchen’s expertise!

I’m so happy I found Lauren, Spruce Medical Aesthetics. During my consultation, she spent so much time explaining the 'why' behind her recommendations rather than just telling me what to get. She pointed out areas for improvement I didn't even notice. Even better, she listened to my financial goals and helped prioritize treatments to fit my budget, ensuring I got the most value for my money. The results are perfect and, most importantly, I felt safe and heard.

I had an exceptional experience at Medical Spa Name. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The facility was clean and the relaxing atmosphere. My appointment was with Lauren, who took the time to explain my service and answer any questions. I appreciated the professional and knowledgeable approach, and never felt pressured into getting more than what I came for. The treatment itself was gently performed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind and attentive. I also noticed that they use high quality products, which gave me confidence in their services. I left feeling great and will definitely return for future treatments. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly medical spa with a relaxing environment and great results, I highly recommend Lauren at Spruce Medical Spa!

I cannnot say enough good things about Lauren and Gretchen! Each treatment I received was explained thoroughly and I was comfortable the entire time. These ladies are professional and so kind. I would recommend checking them out. Best Med Spa I’ve ever been too and I’ll keep finding reasons to go see them! 😂 But seriously, amazing treatments, facilities and staff❤️ They run really specials as well! Check them out, you’ll be glad you did!

I had an amazing hydrafacial and peel here with Gretchen. My skin is sensitive and has gotten messed up from facials at other places before, but my skin has responded great to this facial here and looks so much smoother and brighter! She also was so kind and attentive to me and my skin (and my allergies!). I will definitely be going to her for all facials in the future.
