I visited Stefan at Browns Plains today for a haircut, and the experience was amazing. The staff treated me very well everyone was kind and welcoming The guy who cut my hair was really nice and did an excellent job. I’m very happy with his work Overall, it was a great experience. I'm very happy with the Customer Service. Emily listened to what I wanted and very professional to what she does, friendly, knowledgeable and at the same time she knew what my hair needed (I had the Deluxe Global Colour Refresh Package done) It was pricey but worth it as it is not all the time that I get my hair done. I felt gorgeous and left a very good impression after my appointment that I booked my children on the 9th of April Wednesday during school holidays. (My kids got the Kids Ultimate Stylecut & Care $89 it included Shampoo, Conditioner, Detangle Creme & a Brush for each kid to take home). Emily and Olivia made my kids experience more special, so much better that even my kids want to go back next time as to how it made them feel relaxed and very pretty... Unlike the other Salon... Emily is very good at what she does and the company is lucky to have her. Thank you Emily and also Olivia for giving my children a great experience, a plus is that they offer their clients refreshments such as coffee, tea, even my kids got water, biscuits and chocolates... My kids and I came back to show them our appreciation by giving them flowers and chocolates... Thank You.... Keep doing what you doing... Happy Clients, definitely recommend and definitely coming back... xx
