Today I visited the Salon with my elderly Mother in Law who has Dementia. I had informed The Salon Staff about her condition and they couldn't have been more respectful if they had tried and allowed Maureen to have full dignity and informed choice re her style/ finish. I felt really humbled as it was a really good experience for Maureen. When it came to payment, Maureen wanted to pay but unfortunately due to her condition isn't able to have control of her money now, so the very helpful staff allowed Maureen to make a false transaction with her own card to give her the feeling of being independent and in control. Maureen came away looking beautiful and 30 years younger. Thankyou Georgia you were a star and we will be back

I absolutely love going to Stones for my regular hair appointments. I always see Casey who is always so friendly, happy and smiley. Casey also always does a fantastic job with my hair and I always leave happy, confident, in love with my hair and looking forward to my next appointment! Casey always offers the best advice when doing my hair and suggests options to make my haircut even better. The biscoff lattes are also absolutely delicious and an absolute bonus to what is already a lovely experience at Stones!

I booked this salon for a wedding. I’m not from the area so I was worried about if they could meet my hair dreams! As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable. All of the staff were amazing and my stylist couldn’t have been any more perfect. I would highly recommend this salon it’s just perfect 👌

Georgia was very caring, which helped my anxiety. She took the time to find out what I truly wanted and helped me when I was unsure, without judgement. I will definitely be back. My hair feels and looks so much better. Infact everyone i came in contact was really lovely and caring. Its a lovely environment and I felt truly pampered. A big thank you to you all. X
