By far the best barber shop I have ever been too. I have been coming here for about four years now. Steve and Angel always cut my hair exactly how I want. I have been to other places that want to “give me advice or suggestions “ on how I should cut my hair. I really appreciate the care they take to listen to the customer to provide the best service. Both Steve and Angel do a great job and I always know I will get the cut I want. I really appreciate that they clean all their equipment between customers. I am not a germaphobe, but you never know who was in the chair before you. The shop has a cool eclectic vibe and their music playlist has something for everyone. Bonus is the music volume isnt at 11 so you can have a conversation. If you are looking for a barber shop that really knows what they are doing and how to treat customers right , this is the place.

I moved to Fort Worth 2 years ago from Atlanta, and searched high and low for a barber who could actually do razor cuts, not just say they do, as I had the same person in Atlanta for over 35 years who was excellent at them; so I know, and it makes all the difference in the world with my hair. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find someone located inside a grocery store that was this good; as both Steve and Angel are experts. I will never go anywhere else, and would highly recommend them for any type of haircut that you might need. They are both true professionals, and the environment inside their shop is cool, and a big plus.

I first heard of Straight Razor Steve from a coworker during an assignment in Eastern Europe, back in 2015. I was told about the staff's professionalism and attention to detail that enhanced the unique experience at this shop. Upon my return to the US, I made my first visit to the shop and I was not disappointed. Steve and Angel are excellent at what they do. They take the time needed to get your haircut to your expectations and it does not feel like the typical barber shop that is trying to rush through its customers. As we know, the ongoing pandemic restricts many small businesses from their creativity and the ingenuity that sets them apart. With that being said, this was often a place where people could walk in for a haircut or to sit and chat with everyone else in the shop before the pandemic hit. The shop truly offers a unique experience and I hope that they're able to go back to regular operations very soon. Overall, Steve and Angel are great people that continue to offer quality haircuts in the area. I continue to drive the few extra miles to get a haircut at their shop every week.

The price may seem high to some, but it is worth every penny and then some!! Steve and his Angel are the most talented barbers I have ever met. They take their time to make sure your cut is perfect...never left with a single hair out of place!! And the atmosphere and conversation adds to the experience that sets the bar others simply cannot meet!! I am going to go get my haircut Tuesday, but I have intentionally gone without a haircut for about 2 months now simply because I haven't been able to make it in to see them and I don't want anyone else cutting my hair! If you want the best of the best go see them and forget the rest.
