I am visiting from the US and was in need of a haircut. On a whim I stopped in and Bella was able to take me immediately. She was absolutely fantastic. One of the best hair cuts and styles I have ever received. The products the salon uses is top notch. Will definitely be back the next time in London!

I had a really positive experience. Sienna was friendly but professional. She was attentive and listened to my comments about what I would like from my visit. Sienna talked me through the issues with my current 'style'. My hair was in really bad shape due to a different hairdresser. Layering etc being the cause. Sienna formulated a plan, talked me through it and asked for my opinion throughout. I had a lovely massage, quality products were used . I left feeling way more confident than I did when I walked in . I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I've been wanting to write a review for weeks, but it was actually good to wait because I've only received compliments since then. I had the Keune mask treatment, hair cut, and blow-dry on October 30th with Danielle. She was brilliant, super attentive to detail and we had a nice chat too. From the massage during the mask treatment to the cut, which gave the lightness and movement I was looking for, and the incredible blow-dry. My hair still looks healthy after all this time. Sienna did a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow-dry for me, and she was incredibly attentive from the start. She really listened to what I wanted, gave a thorough consultation, and explained everything clearly as she went along. She made me feel completely at ease, and am beyond happy with the result — my hair looks and feels amazing. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend Sienna!
