They are good at getting people in and tell you if another time would be better. My toenail fell off bc of tennis and they helped me figure out the best plan for regrowth. I like it here and have come back three times now.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers. Hannah introduced me to dipping powder and the results exceeded my usual standard mani and occasional gel manicure. There's no lifting or chipping and I'm on week 2. I know the acetone removal takes about 15 min for every week that I have the polish on. I'm looking forward to seeing the quality of my natural nail after removing the powder. However, Hannah is an excellent technician. Fast forward at least 4 years...Hanna and her staff continue to wow and impress me. I will not sit in anyone else's chair because she's just the best. I'd love to add an exhibit of her masterful work.
