Customer Reviews for SUGARED + BRONZED (Plano)
Aizah lyi — 5/5 (via Google)
Kristen was absolutely FANTASTIC. It was my first time here, and it was also my first time doing sugaring, so I was a bit nervous. Kristen was so welcoming and genuinely so so kind (and funny). She made me feel comfortable and my appointment felt like it FLEW BY. I never thought I would have fun at a hair removal/sugaring appointment, but I was stress-free and laughing almost the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable while also maintaining a professional environment. She properly informed me on aftercare and was open to answering any inquiries. The service from Kristen and the nice front desk person, environment, and facilities were exceptional. Definitely coming back here again!

Great experience! First time client and from the moment I walked in, everything went smoothly and the staff was so welcoming! Christa & Taylor were so nice and made sure all my questions were answered. Taylor did my sugaring service and was professional and made sure needs were met. I even signed up with a membership same day. Will definitely be recommending S + B to all!
Kaitlyn Allen — 5/5 (via Google)
The salon itself is impeccable. Clean, well maintained, warm & welcoming. The staff is top notch. Extremely professional, outgoing, and make you feel so comfortable during your services. I had been going to a different sugaring studio and was always let down by their lack of professionalism. It’s such a breath of fresh air to discover Sugared & Bronzed!

Kristen is the best! It was my first time trying sugaring, so she walked me through every step. She made me feel comfortable, and she is so easy to talk to so the service flew by! 🤩
