I had an outstanding experience at Sun Tan City during my first two visits. On my first day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel welcome right away, explained everything clearly, and ensured I had a great first experience. She took the time to answer my questions and made the process very easy and comfortable. On my second visit, Kristen was just as helpful and incredibly kind. Both employees provided excellent customer service, and it truly made a difference. I’m very impressed with the staff and look forward to coming back.

It is always nice to walk into the Valley View location no matter how busy they are they always greet you with I hello or how are you today and always telling you to have a great day. The salon is always clean. The staff is always ready to answer question or concerns for you. Tiffany does an awesome job running the salon, making sure the salon is clean and that her staff is updated on lotions and anything else that customer may ask questions about.
