Maggie was phenomenal! It took me quite some time to get into my account and she was incredibly patient, checking in every few minutes to see if I needed assistance. Not only did she help with what I came in for, but she showed me how the app can help simplify my request and educated me on all that is offered/what might work best for me. It was apparent that she truly cared and even remembered the event I was tanning for and wished me well as I left. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Maggie!!
