Customer Reviews for Sunbelievable

Amanda Skelly — 5/5 (via Google)

I went here for the first time today, it was Labor Day and they were open till 5 I literally walked in at 4:55 and asked if it was possible if I could quickly tan. The girl named Holly was so nice she said of course! Once I told her I was new to the place I apologized again for coming in so close to closing and she said no big deal hun and kept proceeding to put my information in the system. We chatted a little and then she put me in their highest level stand up bed for 7 minutes it was amazing!!! I got great color and the place smelled so nice when I walked in and very clean. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to be treated like a great customer even when this is your very first time walking in there! Holly was the best, so sweet and I can’t wait to go back again!!

I cannot say enough good things about this tanning salon! This place has great beds and even better service! Some of the best customer service I have experience in quite some time! I wasn't sure about packages or beds and I got all the help I needed. The place was kept very clean and I got the results I was looking for to get ready for a trip. Comparable prices and easy to get too with tons of parking! Just a note to call when you are parked and they will let you know when your room is ready for you. I do not hesitate in my 5 star review!

Julie is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable every time I come into the salon. She takes the time to explain the different tanning options and makes sure I feel completely comfortable and confident. My results always look great thanks to her attention to detail. If you're going to this salon, definitely ask for Julie, she goes above and beyond every single time!

Cathy Ollis — 5/5 (via Google)

The staff at the Somerville location are amazing. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and very patient. I have super sensitive skin and have burnt in the sun before and they always took the time to look at my charts to see what would be the best course of action to get the tan that I was looking for. Julie in particular was extremely helpful & kind. It’s super clean, inviting & I look forward to my next session.
