Clean and professional, much better than regular American massage chains. I have been to a lot of different massage places, this is by far my favorite! Especially Ms. Coco, she works very hard to make sure I have a great experience, I always feel much better afterwards. They do prefer swipe the credit card first, but I was not told to write tip ahead of time. So it was completely voluntary, but with this kind of high quality massage, I am happy to leave good tip, because she totally deserves it!!
