Chris’ knowledge and understanding of the products and services is outstanding. Superb customer service! I’ve been using the Triluxe Lotion for the Redlight service. It has noticeably improved the texture of my skin while using the redlight service. It has a pleasant smell and application is very clean.

I have been prepping for a trip to Hawaii and these gals have been so helpful at setting me up for success. Friendly, helpful and such an easy process dropping in for some heat in this dreary, wet winter!
Kelly H — 5/5 (via Google)
Recently signed up for a membership and can't rave enough about how great of an experience I had during that process and every time I have come in since. Danika (spelling?) was extremely helpful in giving me a tour, helping me with my skin type assessment and providing insight on lotions. She's great at what she does and I hope she's appreciated for it. Every staff member that has greeted me when I come in for tanning has also been friendly, supportive and prompt, I just don't have everyone's names down yet as I am still somewhat new. The facility is clean and well kept, very welcoming and inclusive vibes, and definitely gives a calm/relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to try some of the spa features aside from tanning (was my main focus) and find that the membership/points system is great for agility in what you're trying to accomplish
