I had my nails done 2 weeks ago by a gentle man. I got a mani pedi and painted on dip ombré set. He was very kind and took his time, his attention to detail was wonderful and my nails still look good today two weeks later. Highly recommend this nail salon. So this is actually a review that I wanted to leave in regards to another review that was left a month ago. There was a lady that came in with her 2 daughters for pedicures when I was there about a month or so ago. She asked for a kids pedicure for one of her daughters. (This “baby” of hers looked like a teenager.) so the ladies at the shop told her the kids pedicure was for kids 6 years of age or younger. She then proceeds to yell at the girl saying the age was not stated in the book and that her daughter did not want the callous treatment. The girl then tells her that if she didn’t want the ca could just use the pumice to clean her heels. If she was that mad about the 5 dollars, she could have gotten her daughter a polish change instead. And guys, this is where it gets good! I go over to the nails side to start my nails and the lady comes to pay and is extremely rude to the girl when the girl tells her the price. She even threatened not to pay. Guys… what world are we living in? When you go eat a steak, do you pay the price the restaurant charges or do you pay what you “think” the steak is worth? Yes there is a sign that says there is a $2 convenience fee for credit cards. HELLO! Almost every place I go to has this policy! Why do people want to come out and do a “LUXURY” and not want to PAY the necessities. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve recently been back in and this review came up. I honestly can not stand when people have ONE ball to leave a review yet they don’t have the whole set of balls to leave a review telling the WHOLE story. This person clearly wanted to run on the bill. Had it been a shop that didn’t speak English, she would’ve been a bill hopper. If I could rate her as a client I would give her negative stars for disrupting the rest of us willing to pay clients and robbed us of a peaceful experience. If you are unsure of something, ask for the price before you start your service. Communication is key, don’t blame others for your own lack of knowledge. That’s what freedom of speech is for. I’m also low key kind of glad she isn’t coming back because that’s 1 less drama I have to deal with disrupting my relax time. Communication is key! Have a great day all! As for my experience, everything was extremely up to par 😊
