Customer Reviews for Super Star Massage

I was able to make a same-day appointment for a 90-minute massage. This place is very clean, relaxing water sounds with the fish aquarium in the lobby. Lilly was very professional and wonderful at communicating. She asked that I let her know if my massage was too light or too hard throughout my service. This was one of the best massages I've had. A wonderful way to end my Colorado Springs trip.

First, absolutely great massage! Hands down the best I've had in a long time. Would've given 5 ⭐️ but I booked online for 90 min couples massage and there was an option to add a focus point of feet. Unfortunately there was no foot massage. Both of us work on our feet so we were really looking forward to that part. Also, my massage therapist kept answering the phone/stepping out but quickly returned. Possibly short staffed today bc it is Valentine's Day. I did saw another review with the same experience (no foot massage, answering phone and stepping out). Other than that it was fabulous and won't discourage me from returning. We just really wanted that foot massage. I would still highly recommend. Thank you Super Star for the massage 🙏

I’ve been here about 5 times and the massage aspect is great and you can do same day appointments. Price is also good for all that you get in the allotted time. However, they really should hire a receptionist because my therapist left my massage about 4 or 5 times my last visit to answer the phone and greet customers. This felt unprofessional and damaged my relaxation. Overall, would still recommend for the massage part, but this area of the business needs to be improved.

My fiancé booked a 60 minute body massage and I am glad that he did. I have been paying over $100 for a basic massage at other places and at Super Star, they do more for $60. I enjoyed the stones rubbed on my body and actually got a deep tissue massage. I will be going there again and will treat my fiancé and mom to a session.

Great Massage. Level of service I’m used to expecting. None of the price gauges for every tiny “add on services” you get at standard salons. Most places You leave feeling ripped and not feeling restored at all. It’s nice to find a salon that does t nickel and dime people to death. You’re either trying to heal me or you want all my money. The places that price gauges you the masseuses I’ve found will disappear for half the massage after you’ve already opened your wallet. I remember one masseuse was gone so long I got up and checked my phone. I thought she had gone home. This was at the W Bliss spa. 400 all the bells and whistles- worst massage ever. Give me these little corner places any day over high priced packaged garbage.
