Edited: took my boys back and their haircut was fixed by Ana (spelling?) my boys haircuts. She did an amazing job for what she has to work with. It’s been months since my first review and we have gone back for every haircut since. We will only see Ana. She is so great with my boys and I know they will receive a great cut. She did an amazing job from taking a client who would never go back to a client who comes back every time. I still left ones star off due to the terrible experience the first time. I’m livid to say the least. My boyfriend took my boys to get a haircut since I had to work. I sent him with a pic for both of my sons to get the same cut. When they were done my bf sent a pic and Omgsh it was so bad! I had him go back in and tell the guy what I needed fixed. I even FaceTimed during the “fix” saying what needed to be changed. The guy just flat out wasn’t doing what was needed which wasn’t a hard task. After 2 “fixes” I was so over it and said screw it. My boys came home and it’s even 10x worse in person than it was in the FaceTime. He also buzzed both my boys necks raw. $50+ wasted.

Anna is the best beautian that I have ever had. She cuts my hair, pulls my nose hairs, and we have a great time. Doing it for a good haircut, Anna is the best.
