My family has been going to Cindy at the Bernal, San Jose location for 15 years. She is simply the best. She takes her time to make sure hair is evenly cut and has good ideas for us to consider. She is humble, pleasant and very positive with a good sense of humor. Tonight was sad. It was my final cut as we are moving out of state, We will miss her in our lives. If you are looking for the best get to this salon and get on her book. You will never look for another, Jim Millsap and family.

I came into Supercuts and was lucky enough to get Cindy. and wow, what a good experience. She’s kind, and really knows what she’s doing. In my observation, while waiting for my turn, she takes her time and checks in with her customer to make sure they like the length and style, and that the final result is what they wanted. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such a positive attitude. Cindy is a catch and I’ll be asking for her every time!

Wow! I’m so happy I found Cindy at Supercuts. I added on a wash and a blow out along with my cut and it was perfect. She did such a great job and under $60! Can’t beat it. I will definitely be going back.

I forgot the name of my hairstylist but the whole team is really nice and accommodating for my walk in. Went in for a trim and it was beautiful! The hair stylist kept as much length as she could. Walked in with a rat's nest on my head because I no longer live in San Jose CA and was visiting my partner and forgot my hair dryer and personal styling products. I got a wash and trim and after the service she did apply Paul's Skinny Serum, my favorite product, and even though I didn't get a chance to get my hair properly styled afterwards she did a quick blow dry on low heat to set the serum. This location has been my go to for years and they have helped my hair's health.
