I've been coming to the Hollister Supercuts location in western Goleta off and on for years now. My mom prefers another hair salon in Goleta so sometimes I'll go with them when I take her to her regular hair appts, but I always come back to this Supercuts for the spot on service (I've never found uneven hair or missed hair that I had to cut myself after getting home), the clean and organized environment and the polite, fun personalities of the stylists. If you're kind, clear and REALISTIC with what you want, the Supercuts professionals will reciprocate this 10x to you. But remember these stylists are on their feet for hours regularly and they will be honest with you about what your hair can actually handle. So don't go in with a crappy, delusional or demanding attitude. People nowadays, even professionals, will not put up with that.

This was my first time at this Supercuts because I was always using the Supercuts in Santa Barbara on State Street. My hair cutter was Liz and she did just as good a job as Leanne did back on State Street. The only thing that shocked me is that my monthly plan was not honored at this Goleta Supercuts so I paid $18.99 this month for my plan PLUS the haircut here in Goleta!! So my question is… Is there anyway that the Galleta Supercuts can honor my monthly plan of $18.99 a month?
