Really pleased with my haircut and service today. I chose the Supercut with Tea Tree Experience and Michelle really did a great job. You see, I have thin hair and had a general idea of what I wanted, but I also was nervous about ending up with a bad cut. CiCi was my stylist, and I didn’t have to wait long. Watching how she chatted and communicated with the client before me really put me at ease and made me feel like she was the right stylist for me. When it was my turn, I shared my concerns, fears, and the look I was going for. CiCi walked me through everything she was doing, step by step, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I left super happy with my haircut and told her she’s officially my go-to stylist from now on.
