I came into the salon yesterday for a trim(if needed) and color. Mackenzie started out with checking me in for my appointment with a huge smile, and seemed excited and eager to start on my hair, and give me what I asked for. She explained in advance it would take a few hours, it was worth the time. My hair felt stringy thin, kinda dead and was full of overdue Grey's. She cleaned me up, used the exact colors I asked for, I left here feeling like a new person. My hair looks and feels GREAT! I wanted to express my thanks to Mackenzie and share my experience with others. I've met and talked with other girls at this location as well, it seems this place is lucky to have a really friendly and personable staff. Before and after pics attached.
