I had made appointments with a hairstylist who had obviously double booked. I would have had to wait an hour for Cathy to be available. Luckily, Leila was free and took me and my husband. She was great. She was careful to ask questions every step of the way. I came away very happy with my style.

I've been coming here for years and only do so because of Yordy and Elisa. They treat my daughter and I very well and do a great job. Elisa knows exactly how we like our haircuts and is very consistent. Cathy is also great. She has done my color in the past. Also friendly. All 3 very professional. Some of the others do not even smile which is sad because if Elisa and Yordy are not available, we would make appts with them, but not with that negative vibe. Customer service and smiles are very important from every staff member - that's future business! Give Elisa, Yordy, and Cathy a raise!!! Keep the great ones that have a loyal customer base! If they leave, I will leave. Invest in the salon. It needs upgrades. A franchise like this needs to look much better by now. This is midtown Plantation, not the hood.
