The experience was fine, I wish I had remembered the stylists name from my previous (1st visit) visit because she was amazing. The stylist I had this time wasn't my fav as she snagged my earrings 4 times, scratched the back of my neck repeatedly and just seemed a little unsure of everything, but honestly I love the end result so maybe she's just getting started or she was having an off day or something.
