Was able to be seen immediately for a haircut. Selena went above and beyond to come up with a change I was happy with. I had shoulder length hair that is straight. I wanted 2 to 3 inches cut off straight all the way around. She cut and I looked and was nothing new than what I had been getting. We went forward for an inverted bob and she textured. She was very easy to get to know and very likeable.
