I tried for a walk-in appointment on a Saturday right at opening but they were very busy! Opted to schedule an appointment for Monday that worked out great. Jess delivered the perfect haircut, and was quick and thorough. I'm never sure of what I want for my haircut but she knew exactly what I was looking for. Had a lovely chat in the chair and walked out feeling so good! The mood was lively and fun and it seemed like there was good communication and teamwork with all the stylists. Will gladly be back!

The stylist that cut my hair was great!! Didn’t get her name, although I’m sure she told me, I was just exhausted from a 12 hour drive. She had dark hair and some piercings!! She paid attention and made my hair look great!! One stylist came in and was rather cranky although trying to be hush hush bout it, but she had some blue hair and just could see attitude all over her, she was in no hurry to take care of anyone!!! The 3 stylist that were there before her were steadily busy taking care of people!!! Props to the three of you and definitely props to my stylist!!! The one with the blue green hair needs to do more work and help out!!!

We just moved to the area and had previously done cuts at my friend’s salon attached to her house, so this was a new experience for my girls to get a haircut at Supercuts! The staff was all great and our appointment was greeted on time. My 4yo sat patiently with a smile and my shy 7yo was fine once she was seated. Lauren did great with what I asked for on my 7yo and did one layer to thin it out and kept as much length as my daughter wanted but still got the ends all cleaned up. They loved the lollipops at the end, too🥰
