Mrs. Sandra was great, super sweet. I told her I really liked Mrs. Kim’s hair, other than how I style my bangs which is a bit different than her, and she basically did an identical cut on me! I’m very picky with my bangs so I’ve learned how to do them to my liking, but with the layers she did and face framing, I’d happily let her trim them. She was very welcoming, kind, and did a great job with my hair :)

pleasant experience and a really good hair stylist. After Fantastic Sam’s closed, I was wondering where I would go to get my hair trimmed, on a whim, I stopped in at Supercuts. Chrissy was the stylist that got to trim my hair - and I lucked out, she did exactly what I asked for and actually started out not trimming as much off of my hair and told me if I wanted more taken off, she will take off a little at a time until I was happy. I will be going to Chrissy from now on.

Cristina is truly exceptional. Her customer service is superb, marked by attentive guidance, timely responses, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. At Supercuts, she went above and beyond by shampooing and trimming my hair with precision and care, turning a routine appointment into a premium experience. Kandria on the other hand needs some recurrent training on how to treat customers. She rude, unprofessional and does not represent the business well. Super Cuts will definitely lose business with a person like Kandria working there.
