I came in with a vague request supported by some old bad pictures and yet left feeling pretty good about my hair thanks to Alyssa's patience and flexibility. I promise I wasn't playing "stylist challenge" but she won anyhow. Would definitely recommend!

The stylist did a fine job. However it was very hard to describe my vision. I found a photo on my phone that helped, but it wasn't in stylist language. I don't expect anyone to know every style out there, but i was asking for a style that was very popular in the past. Why do you, Supercuts, have no resources to help stylists understand what customers are talking about? Couldn't you put a style database into your computers? Couldn't you have a white board to draw on? There has to be a better way.

The girl who cut my boyfriend's hair was super sweet and dealt with our annoying chatter box nonsense lol. She was talkative as well so it worked out! She did a great job.
