The booking online is easy and convenient, and I’ve noticed that appointments are spaced just 20 minutes apart. That’s simply not enough time for a proper haircut, and it places unnecessary pressure on the stylists. To be clear, Kathy and Justine have never voiced any complaints; this is entirely my own impression as someone who values their work and wants to see them supported. I sincerely urge the management to consider extending the time between appointments to at least 30 minutes. It’s a small change that would show real respect and care for these talented professionals—and ultimately benefit clients as well.
