UPDATE: Thank you to Brittany for fixing my hair entirely without taking more than half an inch off in less than 20 minutes!! Best stylist i’ve ever met honestly. 🩵✨ When I checked in the site told me I’d be with Brittany ( She does my husbands hair ) but was out with someone else. While she was very very sweet and it looked alright upon leaving, after it air drying and brushing it out over my shoulders.. It’s super uneven and i’m anxious and upset about having to attend thanksgiving with choppy hair. Also had quite a bit taken off after trying to grow it out, So double sad face. After making an account it says I was for next available but I know it originally booked me with Brittany, so maybe it was on Supercuts websites fault? I’m not sure. Either way, really sad and definitely don’t have the money to get a second cut right now. :(

I got a cut and shampoo. The hot towel during my shampoo was nice but the tea tree application seems to have lost its effectiveness since my previous cuts. Usually I feel very refreshed and tingly and cool aa well as enjoying the firm scalp massage. but this time felt like a basic wash and un felt scalp massage. It all Felt very watered down several degress. The cut was very good and overall things went well. the tea tree treatment and Scalp massage has always been my favorite treat. Im saddened that it no longer feels like a treat. I do not think any further shampoo treatments will be likely as I can do a basic wash myself. Im not blaming the hairdresser. She did well for the most part. I suspect it is training and quality of product. It's just not the same. Thank you for your time.
