If you want your hair done right and in a timely manner, make an appointment with Jessica. She has done my daughter’s curly hair and mine. She is friendly and lets you decide on the cut and style. She is great with suggestions as well. The pricing is reasonable. I followed her from the last Salon she was at. It’s worth it!

Lisbeth is an awesome stylist. She is very punctual, professional and kind during the entire visit. The reason for retaining and having returned customers is the experience. I have options to other places including local barbershops. Again is the caliber and quality of the employees that are on the front line and face with your customers (not middle management who have no interactions with the customer) which you have high caliber employee in Lisbeth that will keep me coming back to Supercuts!

Overall great service in all the times I have gone, there is always a friendly environment when I go. Stylist are good at what they do and provide a good service. Make this place a safe place to unwind while getting a service done. which is really appreciated. I write this to share that I am dishearten by a review made by a lady who happen to have a service durning my time and witness this first hand. This lady creating a bad environment for a little girl and the stylist who serviced her and her daughter. There is a lady, Nancy, who often is around when I have my own haircuts, she is super friendly and chats to both customers and stylists, another friendly face when I come around. She mentioned this is her home away home, that is a good sign for a company to provide such a thing, and I second this! But this lady with her daughter created an uncomfortable environment for the stylist who was servicing her daughter, being rude to Nancy for sitting nearby and told her to leave the seat rudely, and said Nancy is weird, the daughter seemed to not be bothered by Nancy's presence and Nancy was just complimenting her hair. I could see the lady's comment she made to Nancy made the stylist uncomfortable for treating Nancy in such a manner, the lady demanded that she leaves in a hostile way that there is plenty of seats for her somewhere else. This to me was heartbreaking to hear since Supercuts has been a comfortable and nice place to be at to only have this rude lady come in and change the environment. The stylist did her job and was cordial to the lady and her daughter. I felt like she was the type of person to write a bad review and I just wanted to be the one to say otherwise. If the lady had personal issues with Nancy that is her own problem but she didn't have to involve Nancy, a paying customer, who was just sending a compliment while she waiting for her own haircut and creating a hostile environment for those who witness this and they stylist. I hope that clears up any concerns Supercuts might have when reading her review and clear up the air.
