Had a really nice experience at my local Supercuts today. My regular stylist was out on leave so I took a chance and used someone else. Samantha was great. She was engaging, funny and she did a great job with my hair. I'm Super happy I went to Supercuts today.

Ellen cut and styled my hair. It was just below my ear a bit more. She tapered the back beautifully and trimmed my bangs and thinned out my hair all over. I’m thrilled with how my hair looks all thanks to Ellen’s expertise experience. I’ll be a regular now.

READ FIRST: I saw Jeanette yesterday (never had my hair cut by her before) and right when she was done I knew something was wrong. I asked her to only cut the ends that are really dead (what I always do) and she lifted up about an inch of hair and said “ok so about this much?” I agreed. To an inch. Right when the haircut was done I realized she must have cut at least 3 inches off. She also gave me “layers” which are not blended at all, and on one side of my hair there’s a very harsh line. I’m gonna go back sometime this week and hopefully someone can fix it without me losing much more length. My hair is my entire life and I love having long hair. My curtain bangs are also very uneven. Thanks to Jeanette, I now have what I consider short hair, with uneven and choppy layers. EDIT: changed it from 1 stars to 4 because I went back to Ellen and she was able to fix it. She said the issue was it was not blended and just uneven. Thank you Ellen for fixing it. I’m still upset I lost so much length but I’m just glad it looks better now. Photos are the before
