The stylist was great. She was prompt, attentive to my requests, and performed services as I asked. My only negative experience was the fact that this poor girl was alone at 9am on a Saturday. There were 2 other patrons with appointments at or around the same time as me. Why would you do that?? Why would you not schedule sufficient staff for a weekend?? I did not request the additional service of layering as I wanted to be considerate of others.

Cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience we had here. Our three year old son desperately needed a haircut, but being close to Christmas many places were too busy to fit us in. We walked in to this location, were greeted right away and told it would be just a few minutes. As promised, about five minutes later Gina called us in. Gina was friendly, easy-going, professional, and skilled. She clearly had a ton of experience with both doing haircuts and with dealing with young children. She was very engaging and comforting toward our son, and did an incredible job in a short time. We will absolutely be back and we will absolutely be asking for her specifically.
