Unfortunately I cannot remember the young ladies name, but she was awesome! Listened to me and did exactly as I asked. She asked the needed questions and went to work. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and 9 inches later gone and looks so nice! I cant wait to style it tomorrow! I totally appreciate her thouroughness and efficiently did the job!
