I really am amazed at the facility I have never been to one before. It is really clean and the two times we have come the decorations are just so inviting, and well done. Carolyn was exceptionally personable, friendly, and gave me a great haircut! I only get like 2 per year 'cuz straight up I like a shaggier look. So it was with reluctance I even went in - but she made the experience more like a nice chat with an old friend. She's a true PRO!
