Walked in without an appointment and had such a great experience. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted, and she took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable moving forward. She was warm, attentive, and checked in with me throughout the cut to make sure the length was just right. I didn’t catch her name, but she had fierce lashes, beautifully defined cheekbones, and the kind of presence where you feel truly heard—like talking to a therapist who also happens to be an amazing stylist. I left feeling confident and happy, and I’ve definitely found a place I’ll be coming back to.

Hair stylist was very good. 5 ⭐. Lady checking me out was evidently new had trouble with the computer took way too long had to keep doing it over multiple times but I had patience 3 ⭐. Purchased 1 hair product to try for texture which was small bottle $27.50 I feel was over priced. My fault for not asking but since it took so long to check out I didn't want to have her start over. I wii go back.
