I made my appointment online, and when I arrived, Kippi was ready to see me right away. She was very thorough during the consultation, asking thoughtful questions and making sure she fully understood what I was looking for. Throughout the haircut, she checked in to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I never felt rushed and got exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment online to cut down on the wait time.

Just the Best Experience. Love love my hairstyle. But had such a great time . Was so comfortable and nice conversation . I have just found my forever Hairstylist after today. I just recently retired after 26yrs of being in the hair industry and had spinal surgery . To be able to come in and have my hair be exactly how I was visualizing it is pretty phenomenal. M.H. Is a true artist. This industry is so lucky to have him.

David took great care of my hair. First time getting cut by someone other than my barber of 10 years, and it came out perfectly. He didn’t want to cut too much so he cut conservatively and asked if I wanted more off. Highly recommend!

Kippi is the best cutter you could ever ask for if you have ever had haircut trauma. She is kind, she is a wonderful listener, and she really wants to be sure that she's not taking more hair off than what you, the owner of said hair, want. For me, the most important aspect of a hair cut is that the person does not cut off my hair without permission. I really need a cutter who understands that my hair is important to me and no, I don't want a surprise six inches cut off when I asked for the person to only cut the three or four inches of dry or dead ends. Kippi is a genuinely caring person who will listen to you. Highly recommend!

Visited on a weekday morning, suggested to book the appointment online. This is located in South Austin -Bee caves Rd. Parking is available infront of the store with accessibility option. Hair stylist kippi did the hair cut and she walked through the details thoroughly. Shampoo post haircut is recommended with additional $4. They also offer recommendations on the gray blending and hair coloring. Have a good visit.
